New system brings PCI compliant solution for consumer parking meter citation payments to major North American cities

With E-Complish’s Level 1 PCI compliant DirectPay system, the MPS will save both time and overhead costs associated with call recording and credit card information storage. DirectPay will enact additional security measures that allow MPS customers to enter their own credit card information safely over the phone, securing the consumer payment process, creating greater cost savings for the company, and increasing overall customer satisfaction.
